We empower persons with disabilities through certified skill development, vocational training, and dignified livelihood support โ across 14 states in India.

I lost my vision at 19. AbilityFirst taught me screen reader skills and helped me get placed at a BPO in Noida. Today I support my entire family and even mentor other visually impaired youth.
As a woman with hearing impairment, I never thought I'd run my own business. The tailoring program gave me skills and the NGO connected me to a startup loan. My boutique now employs 3 other women.
Cerebral palsy meant many doors were closed. This NGO saw my potential, not my condition. I completed the IT course with distinction and now work remotely for a Delhi-based firm as a data analyst.
